Established in 1998, Zhejiang Huacai Chemical Co., Ltd. operates its own subsidiary factory, Huacai Powder Coating Factory, and Huacai Chemical Graduate & Technology School. Founded with a total investment of USD8,000,000, we have a 30,000 square meter factory complete with 10 automatic powder coating production lines. Each year we produce 10,000 metric tons of powder coating. Our product range covers thermosetting powder coating, pure epoxy powder coating, epoxy-polyester powder coating, pure polyester powder coating, acrylic powder coating and polyurethane powder coating. The different series of powder coating we output are suitable for painting a wide range of products including electric appliances, furniture, garden tools, vehicle parts, pipes, highway guardrails and much more. At present, we export 35% of our thermosetting powder coating abroad. At Huacai Chemical, we place much emphasis on quality control and the continued research and development of new products. We utilize advanced computer management system and imported testing instruments and production techniques from all over the world.
